Welcome to Homora Interior Design Studio ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website homora.co.uk and our interior design services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Homora provides interior design consultation, space planning, furniture selection, and project management services. All services are subject to availability and our professional capacity.
Initial consultations are provided free of charge. Detailed design proposals and quotes will be provided following the consultation. All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Payment terms will be specified in your design contract. Typically, we require a 50% deposit upon signing the contract, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. All payments should be made to [email protected] as specified in your invoice.
All design concepts, plans, and specifications created by Homora remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs for any purpose other than the agreed project.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements, site access, and timely feedback. Delays caused by client unavailability may result in project timeline extensions and additional costs.
Projects may be cancelled with 48 hours written notice. Cancellation fees may apply based on work completed. Deposits are non-refundable once design work has commenced.
Homora's liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not responsible for damages resulting from third-party contractors, suppliers, or circumstances beyond our control.
